PII Redaction Before AI

Personal details are removed on our own servers before anything reaches a reviewer or an external AI model. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, links, ID numbers, places and organisations are scrubbed out of answers and out of free text — and the scrubbing itself happens without sending the data to an outside model to do it. The originals are kept for the people entitled to see them, and the redaction holds everywhere the data travels afterwards: exports, emails, webhooks and AI prompts alike.

Permission-Expression Engine

Most platforms give you a handful of fixed roles — admin, judge, applicant — and leave you to work within those constraints.
