Generate a workflow with the AI award workflow builder
- Register your organisation and select Program Manager as your account type.
- Describe your programme in plain English. The input box offers a prompt template to guide you.
- Select your model and hit Send. Within seconds, AI generates a complete workflow.
No IT background is needed. When the flow is ready, you see a visual map of your entire review process.
The four workflow tools
At the bottom of the map are four tools. The video focuses on the first three, because they are where you take full control:

Customise stages and forms
Start with the stages: add, remove or rearrange any of them to match your review process. Then click the eye icon to preview exactly what applicants will see, and the pencil icon to edit on the spot, from text fields to file uploads.
From the same screen you manage permissions for who can access the page, set read access for who can view submitted materials, and pick the opening and closing date and time for applications. Hit Save and you’re done.
Automate decisions with conditions and actions
Condition answers the question of what happens after someone submits. It works as “if this, then that”. In the video’s example, an applicant with an eligibility score above 50 moves forward, and one at 50 or below triggers an action that sends a rejection email automatically.
Conditions pair with actions throughout the workflow — sending messages, updating records or moving applicants to the next stage — so the routine work runs on its own and your team stays focused on recognising excellence.
Test the full journey from both sides
- After publishing, click Experience on the right of the screen.
- Select Test User and choose Nominee to see exactly what applicants see.
- Click Split Screen and pick a second test user, such as an independent judge.
- Submit as the nominee, then watch the application appear in the judge’s to-do list.
