Browse every open award and grant in one dashboard, detailed with deadlines and live countdowns. Open the Apply page, find a program marked Open, and click Apply to begin. No more hunting across different websites or missing opportunities because you didn’t know they existed.
Apply from the Organiser’s Website
Some AwardScience application forms sit right on the organiser’s own site. Fill one in and submit it without ever leaving the page you found the award on, and get a reference number straight away so you have proof your entry arrived.
Join as a Guest, Upgrade Any Time
Invited to help with someone else’s application? Verify your email and start — AwardScience guests register with just a name and a verified email, with no account for an administrator to set up. When you are ready to apply in your own right, upgrade to a full account and keep every application and all the history you worked on.
One Login for Every Program
One email and password works for every AwardScience program you join, or you can sign in with your organisation’s own account. Your login carries across every organisation that runs its programs on AwardScience, so there is nothing new to remember when you enter a second award. If an administrator needs to help, they send you a secure set-password link and never see or set your password themselves.
02 · Writing the application
Guided, Multi-Stage Applications
Never wonder what’s next. Your application goes through every stage (nomination → submission → review) in a clean accordion, so you always know exactly where you are and what’s left to complete. Each stage is clearly labelled, locked until the previous one is done, and marked complete when you’re finished. No need to contact the organiser asking “Have you received my application?”
Smart Forms for Any Question
Answer with the right tool every time. AwardScience’s forms support short text, long essays, dates, dropdowns, file uploads, image uploads, quizzes, voting, e-signatures and encrypted sensitive fields for details such as bank or ID numbers — all within the same application. The form adapts to what’s being asked, so you’re never forced to squeeze a complex answer into the wrong field type. Whether you’re submitting a 2,000-word essay or a 500 MB portfolio, the form handles it cleanly.
Autosave & Resume Anytime
Life happens. A meeting runs long, your laptop dies, you need to step away. AwardScience saves every answer automatically as you type — no submit button, no “are you sure you want to leave?” Every time you return, you pick up exactly where you left off. Your work is never lost, and you never have to start over.
Apply as a Team, in Real Time
Write one application together, live, and share it with anyone by link. Teammates edit the same application at the same time and can see who is working on which field, so nobody overwrites anyone else’s answer. Share it with named people or with anyone who has the link, and limit access to the stages you choose. Any member can submit, and the fee is charged once per application — not once per person.
03 · Files, documents and signatures
Secure Uploads & Downloads
Every file you upload to AwardScience is scanned for viruses before anyone can open it. Attach documents and images of up to 500 MB directly to your application through encrypted links, with no third-party file sharing. Organisers choose which file types each question accepts, so you always know what to send, and you can re-download anything at any time — including files your program administrator shares with you, such as briefing documents, feedback letters or award certificates.
Sign Documents in Your Application
Sign agreements and forms right inside the application, or in DocuSign when your organiser uses it. AwardScience shows how many documents are left to sign, lets you sign with a mouse, pen or finger, and gives you a signed copy. If the organiser changes a document after you have signed it, you are asked to sign again — so what you signed is always what counts.
Download a Polished PDF
Keep a professional record of your complete application with one click. AwardScience generates a clean, formatted PDF of your full submission, ready to save to your records, share with your team, or include in a board report. No need to screenshots or copy-pasting. Just a clean document that looks the way your work deserves to look.
04 · Submitting and staying on track
Never Miss a Deadline
AwardScience reminds you by email, SMS, WhatsApp and mobile push, with automatic fallback. If a message can’t be delivered on one channel, it is retried and then switched to another, so a reminder never quietly disappears. Live deadline countdowns sit on every program card, and chat messages are bundled into at most one email an hour, so your inbox stays calm while you still know exactly how long you have left.
Returned? Your Answers Are Still There
An application sent back for changes opens with your previous answers already filled in. Fix only what the reviewer asked for, then submit again. You never have to retype a whole stage because one line needed correcting, and the reviewer’s note sits at the top of the form so you know exactly what to change.
05 · Applying from anywhere
Apply Over WhatsApp
Fill in a form inside WhatsApp, with no app to install and no login to remember. When your application reaches a stage, AwardScience can deliver that stage’s form straight to your WhatsApp chat, and your answers go directly into your application. For anyone who rarely opens email, it means the invitation arrives where you already are.
AwardScience on Your Phone
The AwardScience mobile app brings your programs, messages and notifications to iOS and Android. Get push notifications the moment a result or a request for changes arrives, browse awards, message organisers, and scan a QR code to switch workspace at an event.
Apply in Your Language
The AwardScience interface, messages and validation are available in 13 languages: English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, French, Bengali, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese and German. Pick your preferred language once, and the emails and SMS you receive follow it too — including the error messages, which is where most translated forms give up.

Encrypted Data Storage
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 encryption. Every file you upload is scanned for malware by AWS GuardDuty before anyone can open it, and hosting includes daily automated backups and strict role-based access controls.
