What the award application portal shows first
The programme’s landing page gives applicants the essentials before they start: the criteria, the important dates and frequently asked questions. After logging in, applicants land on their dashboard, where the rest of the features live.
Apply faster with automatic form filling
- Click Apply to go to the apply page, then click again to start the application.
- Choose a file, and the platform extracts your details into the matching fields instantly.
- Check the result and fill in or edit any fields that are still missing.
- Click Submit, and a confirmation notification is sent.
This data extraction step saves applicants from retyping what is already in their documents, and they can always correct anything before submitting.
Stay updated by email, WhatsApp or SMS
Whenever the programme has an update, applicants are notified directly by email, WhatsApp or SMS, so nobody has to keep logging in to check.
Track every stage in the award application portal
Programmes often have several stages. When an applicant completes stage one, it ticks green and shows the pending status for the current round. Once the judges finalise their decision, applicants can read the feedback straight from their dashboard.
