Share your team award application
- Go to Apply in the menu and select the award you want to apply for.
- Click Share in the top right corner.
- Click Create Link, then Copy.
- Send the link to your teammates.
Once they open the link, you are all working on the same form at the same time.
Edit together in real time
When one person types, the others see it instantly. Changes sync in real time, so if a teammate edits a field or adds more detail, it appears on your screen straight away.
That makes it easy to brainstorm, review and refine the application together, even when nobody is in the same room.
Shared file uploads
The same applies to documents. When one person uploads a file, the rest of the team can see it right away, so nobody uploads the same thing twice or wonders whether the latest version is attached.
Submit the team award application once
When everyone is happy with the application, simply hit Submit. The programme receives one complete entry rather than several partial ones, which also keeps things simpler for the organisers and judges on the other side.
