Start award programme bulk messaging from a template
Click Broadcast in the menu. You’ll see a list of email templates that AI has already pre-configured, from nominee notifications to judge invitations. Click into any template to review its content.
The templates are multilingual, so you can switch language to suit the audience — useful for international programmes, or bilingual ones where the same announcement goes out in two languages.
Choose who receives it
Select specific users or entire user groups. If the email is for judges, for example, select Independent Judge and the system sends it to everyone in that group. Using groups means nobody is missed when people join late.
Test, then broadcast
- Click Send Test to send a preview to yourself.
- Check the preview reads correctly in each language.
- Click Broadcast, and the message goes to every selected recipient instantly.
Track award programme bulk messaging delivery
Click the info icon in the top right corner to check whether the broadcast was sent successfully. For the full picture, go to Template in the menu, where admins can see exactly how many emails were sent, delivered and read.
- Sent — the broadcast went out
- Delivered — it reached the inbox
- Read — the recipient opened it
- Status check — from the info icon

Do I have to write every message from scratch?
