AI Award Management: 3-Minute Complete Intelligence Demo

AI award management takes the repetitive work out of running a programme while leaving every decision with people. This 3-minute demo shows seven places AI helps in AwardScience, from building the form to translating it.

The demo builds the Hopebridge Foundation social service award, and each feature appears where it would in a real programme.

AI award management starts with a prompt

Type a prompt describing your award and the types of questions you want, then send it. The AI asks a few clarifying questions, you answer them based on your preferences, and the form is done.

Automate the form with logic

  1. Drag a condition field in and create the first condition — for example, social service category is Health.
  2. Create a second condition — category is Education.
  3. Drag in a UI for each condition and connect them.

Applicants in each category are now routed to the right questions automatically.

Check submissions for similarity and scope access

On the Submissions page, open an applicant’s details and the platform instantly checks for similarities with other applicants. To control who sees what, click the edit icon on a role, click Add Criteria and restrict it — in the video, to the Hopebridge Foundation’s first application stage only — then save.

AI feedback for judges, with reasoning

To speed up judging, the AI gives feedback with detailed reasoning. The result stays in the hands of the judge, who can accept it, disagree and add their own comments. That’s the principle behind AI award management in AwardScience: AI prepares, people decide.

Ask for insights and auto-fill applications

  • AI insights read your actual data and answer questions such as which category was chosen most.
  • Auto-fill lets applicants choose a file and have their details extracted into the right fields, then edit anything missing.

Reach more applicants with auto-translate

Go to Flow, click Edit and select the UI you want to configure. Edit a field, click Auto Translate, and the translated version appears instantly. Publish, and the application is ready for a wider audience. Like any machine translation, it’s worth a quick review by a native speaker before a large launch.

AI award management: frequently asked questions

Does the AI decide who wins?

No. The AI gives feedback with reasoning to speed up judging, but the result stays with the judge, who can add their own comments.

Can the application be offered in more than one language?

Yes. Auto Translate produces a translated version of each field, which you can review before publishing.

Do I need to write code to add form logic?

No. Conditions are dragged in and connected to the right UI visually.
